The suit has been placed on board for dismissal under Rule 227 of the High Court Original Side Rules. On 6th July 2009, an adjournment was granted on the request of the Advocate for the Plaintiff in order to enable the Advocate for the Plaintiff to take instructions. The Court is informed by the Advocate that though a letter has been addressed and an effort has been made to contact the Plaintiff, no instructions are forthcoming. A copy of the letter of the Plaintiff’s Advocate dated 15th July 2009 is placed on record. The suit is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution.
