The Notice of Motion seeks the condonation of delay in filing a review petition against an order dated 24th July, 2006. The order dated 24th July, 2006 was confirmed in appeal on 14th August, 2007 and the Special Leave Petition was dismissed on 29th February, 2008 by the Supreme Court. However, the Supreme Court observed that it would be open to the Petitioner to file a review petition before this Court. Even

after the order of the Supreme Court which was passed on 29th February,
2008, there has been an unexplained delay in moving this Court in review. The Motion for condonation was filed on 27th January, 2009 in the registry and bears an endorsement to that effect. The grounds which have been set out in paragraph 3 of the affidavit in support are extremely vague and bereft of material particulars. The delay is unexplained. The Notice of Motion shall accordingly stand dismissed.
