1. Heard parties. Time to deposit balance amount of
twenty lacs is extended for a further period of three
months from today provided the petitioner deposits an
amount of Rs.6.50 lacs on or before 20th May, 2009, second
instalment of Rs.6.50 lacs by 20th June, 2009 and the
balance amount by 20th July, 2009. Failure to deposit any
of the amounts as directed would result in forthwith
vacating the stay.
2. Application stands disposed off accordingly.
