namely need to cross-examine the expert of the respondents
and to produce their own experts, the learned counsel for
the petitioners/applicants seeks additional time of four
months in stead of four weeks as ordered by this Court in
its order dated 4th March, 2009.
3. Considering that sometime will be required to
cross-examine the expert of the respondent as also to
: 2 :
produce expert on behalf of the petitioners/applicants,
time to dispose off proceedings is extended upto 31st
August, 2009.
