 1. The petitioner has applied for issuance of
 Heirship Certificate.

 2. The deceased expired at Bombay on 3.2.1993 and
 left behind her heirs and legal representatives as
 mentioned in paragraph 2 of the petition. The
 deceased died intestate and no other application
 has been made for obtaining Heirship certificate.
 The purpose for issuance of the Heirship
 certificate in favour of petitioner is set out in

 para 4 of the petition. Necessary declaration is
 given. All relevant and necessary particulars are
 mentioned in the petition. The petition complies
 with the provisions of law.

 3. The proclamation has been duly issued and in
 accordance with the Rules. None has come forward
 to oppose the request of the petitioner, who is son
 of the deceased, for issuance of Heirship
 certificate in his favour.

 4. In the result, petition is made absolute in
 terms of prayer clause (a) viz:-

 . (a) The Legal Heirship Certificate thereby
 certifying the petitioner and Mrs.Nayana Yogendra
 Pandya as the recognised legal heir of the deceased
 be granted to the petitioner".
