. There	was	a Private Receiver	appointed	for
execution of	the	Consent	Aw	ard	.	However,	the
Disputant/Decree	Holder	- Bank	states		that	the	Private
Receiver has	not	taken any	steps	for	exec	ution of	the
Consent Decree		in favour	of	th	e	Decree	Holder.
Consequently, for		reasons set	out	in	the	affidavit	in

support, it is necessary to discharge this Private

Receiver.

2.	When	this applicatio	n was placed befo	re me, I	had
permitted	the	Decree	Holder to	amend	it	and	implead	the
Private	Receiver	as	a party.	The	Pri	vate	Receiver	is
impleaded	as	Responde	nt No.6.	He	has	been	duly	served.

None appears on his behalf so also on behalf of the

Judgment Debtors. All of them are served.

affidavit	in	support.	Fo	r t	he reaso	ns	recorded	therein,
the	Chamber	Summons	is	made	absolute	in	terms of	prayer
clause	(b).	Needless	t	o	state	that	the	Execution

Application will now proceed in accordance with law and

the Decree Holder can execute the Decree accordingly.
