claimants feel financial crunch due to the accident
and its aftermath. Consequently, they have urged
for withdrawal of Rs.2,28,000/- deposited by the
appellant in this Court. Considering the status
of the claimants, almost everybody, except the
claimant no.1, being engaged in taking education,
the application is allowed. The claimants to
furnish security to the satisfaction of the learned
Registrar.
