After hearing learned counsel for the applicant she seeks permission to withdraw the application. She however submits that a direction be issued to the trial Court to expedite the trial. In the result learned Sessions Judge is directed to expeditiously commence the trial preferably within a period of six months from today. Application allowed to be withdrawn.
