By the present application prayer is made for quashing of the order passed by the Sessions Judge granting anticipatory bail to the respondent. Learned APP submits that the charge sheet is already filed on 1.7.08 before the 51st Metropolitan Magistrate’s Court, Kurla and the regular court has confirmed the bail in the sum of RS.20,000/- rendering the application infrucutous. He also submits that on last few dates no one is appearing in the matter. On account of absence of the counsel for the applicant application is dismissed for non prosecution.
