After hearing the application for quite some time learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the same. She however submits that as the case is ready for trial appropriate directions be issued to the Sessions Court in that regard. Having regard to the totality of facts and circumstances I deem it appropriate to direct the Sessions Court to commence the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from today. In the event the trial is not commenced with the stipulated time it shall be open for the applicant to file fresh application for bail. Hence application dismissed as withdrawn.
