that maximum punishment for offence under section 379 IPC is three years and as the applicant is already in custody for last eight months, he is entitled to be released on bail. Having regard to the fact that the investigation in all the cases is over and the charge sheets have been filed, I deem it appropriate to release the applicant on bail. Hence I pass the following order.
2, The applicant shall be released on bail on executing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount in each of the C. Rs. bearing nos. 265/08, 254/08, 264/08 and 253/08. The applicant shall attend Kondhwa police station once a week on every Sunday in between 5 to 7 p.m. till conclusion of the trial of these cases. Application is thus disposed of.
