was associate of main accused No.1 and with whom 2 kilograms of heroin was found. Appellant accused is facing sentence of 10 years of imprisonment and fine of Rs.1 lakh. Appeal is already admitted and listed for final hearing. At this stage, upon request on behalf of applicant, present application for bail is allowed to be withdrawn as applicant wants to prefer suitable remedy for early hearing of the pending Appeal. Accordingly, present bail application is disposed of.
