The only direction sought by the petitioner in this case is that the respondents should be directed to dispose of the representation made by him on 26th October, 2007. Within 10 days after making so called representation, the petitioner has approached this Court. It is not known even from the petition as to for what purpose the representation is made and if it is made against somebody that somebody is also not made party to this writ petition. 2. In this view of the matter, we dispose of this writ petition directing the concerned Authority to decide the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
