Govind Vayani Vs Deputy Registrar - R-Ward and Anr. — Cooperative Societies

The grievance of the petitioner is that his application for seeking registration of the Society is pending before respondent No.1. It had a long history and ultimately the matter was remanded by the Appellate Authority to respondent No.1. In pursuance of the orders of this Court the respondent No.1 has heard the matter finally on 17^th July, 2008 according to the petitioner.

On last occasion we had granted time to get instructions, but no instructions are available with the learned Assistant Government Pleader, who is appearing for both the respondents.

In this view of the matter, we think it appropriate to dispose of the

matter at this stage considering the fact that the matter has already been heard by respondent No.1 on 17^th July, 2008 and directing respondent No.1 to pass final order in accordance with law within two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Order accordingly.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
