submits that the work originally allotted to the
petitioner amounting to Rs.5,31,20,495/- and later on
propose to be allotted to the respondent No.2 would not
be executed till further orders from the Court or the
Government. At present, the said matter is pending
before the Government.
2. The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner
submits that the Government may be directed to decide
the matter at an early date.
3. In view of the urgency shown by the Municipal
Corporation about the need of putting lights and in view
of the ensuing games, we direct the Government to
dispose of the matter within a period of two weeks from
the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
Petition stands disposed of.
