The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as the appellate tribunal under the provisions of Employees Provident Fund Act, 1952 has been constituted, this petition shall be transferred to the appellate authority and the same shall be treated as an appeal and heard accordingly.
The amounts deposited in this Court may be permitted to be withdrawn by the petitioner enabling him to deposit before the appellate authority. Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of.
