. The petitioner has moved this court for seeking
cancellation of the grant in aid given by the Education
Department of the State of Maharashtra to respondent
no. 2 Trust on the ground that the respondent no. 2
Trust claims to be running a secondary school at
Village Tadawale (Sammat Vagholi), Tal. Koregaon,
Dist. Satara which does not exist having no
infrastructure, students and so on. The petitioner has
not been able to place before us any record to show
that the school does not exist except for certain
correspondence made by him with the concerned

department.
2. We do not find any substance in the petition.
The petition is dismissed.
