2.The petitioners in this petition state that as far back

 as on 14th January 2004, a representation has been made for

¶17

 starting primary health centre at Village Bhose, Taluka
 Pandharpur, District Solapur. However, no action on the

¶18

 proposal had been taken by the respondent no.3. Thereafter,

¶19

 the villagers as well as the members of the Village Gram
 Panchayat had sent various reminders to the respondents for

¶20

 considering the proposal. However, no steps have been taken

¶21

 by them. The petitioners are, therefore, seeking directions
 to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to take the decision on the

proposal submitted by them for starting the primary health
 centre at Village Bhose, Taluka Pandharpur, District Solapur.

In view thereof, we, dispose of this writ petition with
 directions to respondent nos. 2 and 3 to take a decision in
 the matter within a period of twelve weeks from the date of
 the communication of this order. The petitioners to also
 communicate the order to the respondent nos.2 and 3.
