1. Challenge in this Writ Petition is to the
order of the Central Administrative Tribunal dated 27th
February, 2004.
2. There were two set of applications before
the Central Administrative Tribunal and vide Judgment
of the same date both set of applications were allowed
by granting similar reliefs. Some of the applicants
filed Writ Petition No.3025 of 2005 challenging certain
observations of the Central Administrative Tribunal.
That petition came up for hearing before a Division
Bench of this Court which by its order dated 10th
November, 2006 dismissed that Writ Petition. As the

very same observations of the Central Administrative
Tribunal are challenged in the present petition, we
have no reason to differ from the view taken by the
Division Bench in that petition. By following the view
taken in that petition, we dismiss this Writ Petition.
3. Parties are left to bear their own costs.
