Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that there is already a Writ Petition filed challenging the constitutionality of Section 23(1)(b) of the Rent Control Act, 1968 and it would be premature to agitate the grievance of the petitioner in this petition at this stage. The petitioner rather would prefer to wait for the outcome of the said Writ Petition and depending thereupon, would prefer an appropriate Writ Petition. With the said liberty to the petitioner, petitioner craves leave to withdraw the petition.
Petitioner is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and stands withdrawn with said liberty.
Rule stands discharged with no order as to costs.
