.The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits
that in view of the issue raised in the Petition and the
reliefs sought cannot be considered by the High Power
Committee constituted by this Court in Tulsiwadi’s case
and, therefore, the Petition needs to be restored by
allowing the Notice of Motion.

2.In view of the decision of this Court in group
of Petitions in which the lead Petition is of Tulsiwadi
Navanirman (SRA) Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. V/s.
State of Maharashtra and Ors., this Court has disposed
off this matter alonwith with Petition No.1685 of 2006
i.e. the Petition filed by M/s. Villayati Ram Mittal
V/s. Slum Rehabilitation Authority and Ors.

3.Therefore, the Notice of Motion No.286 of 2007
does not survive and the same is disposed of as
infructuous.

4.We permit the Petitioners to move Notice of
Motion No.620 of 2007 before the full bench in the

matter for carving out an exception in this case so as
to get the Petition restored and be listed for hearing.
