sought in prayer clauses (c) and (d) of the petition by
way of interim order. This Court at the time of
considering the matter for admission of the petition
also considered the interim reliefs sought for by the
petitioners in terms of prayer clauses (c) and (d) and
rejected the same and, therefore, as there is no change
in the circumstances, except that some new construction
is being undertaken which is in accordance with the
sanction granted by the respondent MCGM, we do not find
any reason to review the earlier order. Therefore, the
notice of motion is dismissed.
