1. Mr.Kedia states that in pursuance of the order
passed on 02nd May, 2008 the petition has been
advertised. He tenders an affidavit of the clerk who
has annexed the copy of the advertisement published in
the "Free Press Journal" dated 07th May, 2008.
2. In pursuance of this advertisement, no claims
have been received by the advocate nor the same have
been lodged in the registry. In such circumstances and
the claim of the petitioner having been fully settled in
terms of the consent terms which are already taken on
record and marked "X" for identification, order in terms
of consent terms. Petition disposed of.
