.Heard learned advocate for the applicants and
the learned advocate for the 1st respondent. The only
prayer made by the learned advocate for the applicants
is that the applicants be permitted to deposit a sum of
Rs.50,000/- with the trial Court. The said prayer is
opposed by the advocate for the 1st respondent.
2.It is obvious that the deposit of the amount by
the applicants will be without prejudice to the rights
and contentions of the parties to the pending complaint
and hence, there will be no prejudice caused to the 1st
respondent.
3.Hence, I pass the following order:

(i)If the applicants offer to deposit a sum
of Rs.50,000/-, the learned trial Judge will
permit the applicants to deposit the said
amount.
(ii)It is obvious that the deposit of the
amount will be without prejudice to the rights
and contentions of the parties in the pending
complaint and the deposit of the amount will not
affect the merits of the pending complaint.
(iii)Application is disposed of accordingly.
