. The first bail application was moved in the
year 2004. The learned A.P.P. opposed the grant of
bail to the present applicant. The Applicant was
represented by Counsel. At that stage he did not
argue that it was a fit case to grant bail to the
applicant.
2. The second application was moved in the year
2006. That was withdrawn. The Court also directed
that the matter be heard expeitiously.
3. This is the third application by the same
applicant. We have perused the judgment of the
trial Court. At para.26 in so far as the applicant
is concerned a specific role is assigned namely that

he beat the deceased on his head by means of an axe.
In our opinion no case is made out for grant of
bail. Hence application for bail rejected.
