. This is an application by two of the accused
as the third accused has died during the pendency of
the proceedings.
2. We have heard the learned Counsel for the
Applicant and learned APP for the State. We are of
the opinion that considering that the dead body was
found in the field of the Applicants and according
to their own version they were present in the field
for a considerable period that night, this would not
be a fit case at this stage to grant bail as prayed.
Hence application for rejected.
