 2. This petition can be disposed of at the stage

 of admission itself. The petitioner is required to
 approach this Court with the grievance that the
 respondent is not renewing the registration in his name
 of his Nursing Home bearing no. 000079. It is the
 case of the respondents that the registration is not

 being renewed due to the pending dispute between the
 petitioner and his landlord in the City Civil Court.
 There is no justification for refusal to renew the

 licence on part of respondents.

 3. We, therefore, dispose of this petition with a
 direction to the respondents to renew the registration
 of the nursing home of the petitioner subject to the
 condition that if there is any order passed by a
 competent court regarding the renewal of licence, then
 the same can be acted upon after giving notice to the
 petitioner.

 4. Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No
