 sought in this petition to the prayer that the
 respondent be directed to consider the representation
 of the petitioner and resolve the controversy so that
 the matter can be amicably settled. The learned

 rather than forcing the petitioner to resort to
 litigation. We, therefore, dispose of this petition
 with a direction that in case the petitioner makes a
 representation to the competent authority of the
 respondents within a period of two weeks, the
 respondents to take decision in the matter within eight
 weeks after giving due opportunity to the petitioner of
 being heard.
