The counsel for the petitioner states that in the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking compliance of the order dated 12.04.2005 passed by respondent no.1 as well as order dated 27.05.2005 passed by Executive Magistrate. The learned Assistant Government Pleader states that if both these orders are in existence and are having the force of law, and if there is no other legal

impediment, and if these orders are not already complied with, then the appropriate decision in this regard will be taken expeditiously.
In view of the statement made by the Assistant Government Pleader, nothing survives in the writ petition hence, the writ petition is disposed of.
