Heard Mr. Mardikar, the learned counsel for
the petitioner and Mrs. Dangre, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent State.
The order dated 01.10.2007 passed by us in the present writ petition is brought to our notice. Pursuant to the said order, the learned Additional Government Pleader obtained instructions, and has made a statement that the application of the petitioner dated 19.05.2007 shall be decided by the competent authority within a period of six weeks on its own merits according to law.
In view of the above referred statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the cause of action in the present writ petition comes to

an end. Consequently, the writ petition is disposed of.
