1. At the request of Shri Manakapure, allowed
to be withdrawn with liberty to adopt
appropriate proceedings. Writ petition is
dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
2. It appears that this Court has passed
ad-interim order on 14th August, 2007
restraining respondent no.1 Bank from taking
steps for sale of the property in question.
That order will continue for a period of four
weeks from today to enable the petitioner to
institute appropriate proceedings. Needless to
state that the Court/Authority who is likely to
take cognisance of the proceedings to be
instituted by the petitioner shall pass
appropriate orders uninfluenced by the
ad-interim order of this Court and its
continuation for a limited period.
