The said Exhibit-A is a copy of the order passed by the
Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal, Mumbai in Application
no. 3143 of 1994 decided on 7.4.2007.
2. The petition challenges an inter-locutory order.
Now that the main proceedings have concluded, nothing
fruitful will result by restoring the petition which
is dismissed in default. Hence, the Civil Application
is also dismissed. No costs.
