.This petition is filed, aggrieved by the
order passed by the learned Ad-hoc Dist.Judge,
Solapur refusing to protect the petitioner till
such time as his appeal against the order of the

executing court is decided.

2.While issuing notice this Court has
passed an order in terms of prayer clause (f) of
this petition, thereby staying further
proceedings in Regular Darkhast No.249 of 1982.
That order has been continuing for the past more
than six months.

3.In my view, interest of justice would be
sub-served if the said order is continued till
hearing and final disposal of the appeal and the
Ad-hoc Dist.Judge Solapur is directed to decide
the said appeal as expeditiously as possible and
within the period of six months from today.
Petition disposed of accordingly.
