. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner
and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that
the police are not investigating his complaint.
The learned A.P.P. on instructions from PSI
R.C.Sawant, Malad police station states that the
police want to record statement of the
petitioner and if the petitioner attends the
police station appropriate steps will be taken
in accordance with law in respect of the
petitioner’s complaint. His statement is
accepted. The petition is disposed of.
