1. So far as these petitions are concerned,
undisputedly notice is issued in Chapter
Proceedings against the petitioners and received
in January last. As six months already have been
expired, there has been no extension of the
proceedings. Hence in the circumstances, these
petitions i.e. Writ Petition Nos.218 of 2007 and
219 of 2007 challenging the chapter proceedings
which have been rendered infructuous, and are
also liable to be disposed of. Order
accordingly. The Petitions stand disposed of.
