submits that he wishes to withdraw the petition with
liberty to take all the objections taken herein before
the Authority which may be finally adjudicated upon
while passing the final order.

no objection. She fairly states that all objections
may be kept open and the orders so far passed shall
not be treated as final order and final order will be
passed after considering the objections.
3. In view of the statement made by the learned

petition. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed as
withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner as prayed.
