counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the
present Petition with liberty to pursue the Petition
now filed. The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn
with liberty as prayed for. It is clear that all the
issues raised in the present Petition can be raised in
the other Petition.
