1.Petitioner has approached this Court with a
grievance in respect of the construction undertaken
by the neighbourer, who is a former Corporator of
Pimpari Chinchwad Municipal Corporation. It is
submitted that house is being constructed in total
violation for the Building Rules and Bye laws
including D.C.Rules. We find that there is no
public interest involved in the matter. Petitioner
can very well seek an appropriate remedy by
approaching Civil Court. Public Interest

Litigation is dismissed with liberty to seek an
alternate remedy.
