 the Supreme Court in respect of applicability of
 the enhanced fees to students who were admitted
 prior to the decision of the Supreme Court in the

 case of "Onnikrishnan". Motion dismissed as
 infructuous. The learned counsel assures the court
 that he will place a copy of the decision of the
 Supreme Court on record in due course of time.

 2. The learned counsel for the parties agree
 that the petition now deserves to be finally
 disposed of and it may be listed in the week
 commencing from 2nd April 2007.
