record. The pay order of
Rs.11,25,000/- (Rupees eleven
lacs twenty five thousand only)
as per the consent terms, has
been handed over in the Court to
the petitioner’s representative.
2. By order dated 17th 2005
though ordered, there was no
advertisement of the petition.
3. As the parties have settled
the matter, the present Company
petition is disposed of in view
of the Consent terms.
4. The petition is disposed of,
accordingly, with liberty.
