. Petition was earlier filed as Civil Contempt. We
find that thereafter on 28.3.2000, office was
directed to verify and put up the petition before
appropriate Court. This is how the petition has
been placed before a Bench taking up criminal
contempt. The Petition is not supported by a
consent of learned Advocate General. In the light
of that, in our opinion, this is not a fit case for
us to interfere in exercise of contempt
jurisdiction. In the light of that Petition
disposed of.
