. This Chamber Summons is taken out by the
plaintiffs praying that they may be permitted to
carry out amendment as per schedule appended to the
Chamber summons and also consequential amendments.
2. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs states
that he has instructions to withdraw the Chamber
Summons because the plaintiffs want to file a
separate suit in respect of the subject matter of

Chamber Summons. He states that, therefore, the
plaintiffs may be permitted to withdraw the Chamber
Summons with liberty to file a separate suit in
respect of the subject matter of the Chamber
Summons.
3. In my opinion, Chamber Summons can be permitted
to be withdrawn. However, there is no need to
grant liberty to the plaintiffs to file separate
suit in respect of the subject matter of the
Chamber Summons.
4. Chamber Summons is allowed to be withdrawn and
is disposed of as such.
