. The learned counsel for the parties state that
the plaintiffs and the defendants have amicably
settled their dispute. Mr. Naik, the learned
counsel for the defendant states that the elected
body is in charge of the affairs of the defendants
from 19/2/96 and the Administrator is not in charge
of the affairs of the defendant after 19/2/96.
2. Consent Terms duly signed on behalf of
plaintiff 1 by its authorized signatory, on behalf

of plaintiff 2 by his constituted attorney and on
behalf of plaintiff 3 by their Director and on
behalf of the defendant by its President, Secretary
and Treasurer and their respective advocates are
taken on record and marked "X1".
3. I may note that parties who have signed the
consent terms are present in the court. Copy of
power of attorney executed by plaintiff 2 in favour
of Mr. Mustafa Rangwala is taken on record. It is
marked "Y". Copy of resolution dated 8/9/2007 of
the defendant authorizing the President, Secretary
and Treasurer to sign the consent terms is taken on
record and marked "Y-1".
4. Consent Minutes of Order signed by the advocate
for the plaintiffs and the defendants are taken on
record. They are marked "Y-2". Order in terms of
Consent Minutes of Order.
