2. The Accused is sentenced and the Accused has also
filed an appeal. In any case the impugned judgment
requires consideration in appeal filed by the Accused.
In fact, there is no opposition by the Counsel for the
Accused to the grant of leave to file appeal by the
State. Consequently, we grant leave to the State to
file appeal against the judgment of the trial court
dated 13th April, 2007 in Sessions Case No. 59 of
2007.
3. The criminal application is, accordingly, allowed.
