2. This is an application for grant of bail during

pendency of the appeal filed by the accused. The
accused was on bail during the trial and even by an
interim order of this Court. Consequently, we grant
bail to the accused during pendency of the appeal
subject to the same terms and conditions as passed in
our order dated 3rd May, 2007. He shall not leave the
State without the specific leave of the Court and
shall deposit his passport with the Investigating
Officer. It is stated on behalf of the Accused that
he has already deposited his passport with the
Investigating Officer.
3. Bail application No. 581 of 2007 is accordingly
disposed of.
