2. The prayer for furlough was earlier rejected, but the
Government granted parole for 30 days. The petitioner
over-stayed for more than 100 days. He was required to be
arrested and brought back. Even otherwise also, this
application is of 2004 and it does not survive.
3. The petition is rejected.
