2. We are informed that appeal at the instance
of the present respondent No.3 against the order
dated 18th March, 2005 passed by the Customs, Excise
and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal has been admitted
by the Supreme Court of India. In view thereof, we
are satisfied that the present writ petition does not
deserve to be admitted.
3. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed
of.
