. The Petition as field is premature. On behalf of
the Respondent No. 1 the learned counsel makes a
statement that no annexure II has been issued nor
the scheme has been sanctioned. In the light of
that question of entertaining this petition does not
arise. If S.R.A. scheme is sanctioned and name of
the Petitioner is not included in Annexure II, it
will be open to the Petitioner to take out such
proceedigs to which he is entitled to in law. With
the above observations, Petition disposed of.
