Prosecutor, we perused the Writ Petition and the
Affidavit of Shri Arun Narhari Naiknaware, Deputy
Secretary to the Government of Maharashtra, Home
Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai.
2.In the Affidavit filed by Shri Arun Narhari
Naiknaware, the statement has been made that for
considering the report of Shri Sanjeevkumar Shetty, the
Government has constituted a Committee under the
: 2 :
Chairmanship of the Principal Secretary, Home Department
(Special) and that now the Committee is considering the
said report of Shri Sanjeevkumar Shetty. In view of the
Affidavit of Shri Arun Narhari Naiknaware, we are
satisfied that presently no order deserves to be passed
for making public the report of Shri Sanjeevkumar
Shetty.
3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
