Plaintiff and the Defendant the above suit is taken
on board.
2. The parties have mutually settled the suit
claim. It appears that the Plaintiff is willing to
accept a sum of Rs.5,50,000/- as full and final
settlement towards the Plaintiff’s claim. Learned
counsel appearing for the Plaintiff states that the

Plaintiff has received a Bankers cheque for a sum of
Rs.5,50,000/- from the Defendant. In view of the
above, the learned counsel for the Plaintiff states
that the Plaintiff has no other and further claim of
whatsoever nature against the defendant and that the
suit claim is fully satisfied. Suit is disposed
of accordingly.
3. In view of the above, refund of Court fees
as per the Rules.
4. The Prothonotary & Senior Master to act on
an authenticated copy of this order.
